OUR TEAM

In no particular order:

Nichola - the driver. Redheaded with driving skills to match her hair colour. Also does some of our markets rain or shine though shine is much preferable.

Jackie = cake genius. Just try the Christmas lardy cake at least once before you die.

Shaun - Our longest serving employee (and doesn't it just feel like it) Can make perfect pies (he's had enough practice) - known as 'the demon crimper'.

Peter - Our Hungarian baker. Fastest moulder in the west. 

Len - Solid and reliable technical manager and packer/quality controller of our pie and quiches. Knows a story or two…..or three, or four.

Andy - Mr. Braveheart - our scottish driver.Once you have met him, you won`t forget him.

Andrzej - responsible for packing bread and helping with the cakes. One of the newest additions and we are glad we have found him. 

Ferenc - our other Hungarian baker. His bread keeps getting better and better but he remains a man of mystery. 

Sally - ensures that everyone gets the bread they want. Her real talent is photography though. Just look at the pictures on the website and you will agree.

Dean - Our main London Driver. A true Eastender so no excuses for getting lost!

Inga - Operations manager a position she runs with customary teutonic efficiency, even if she does leave a trail of cake/breadcrumbs behind her.

Nicola - Credit controller. Bites if you don't pay but hugs you if you do.

Aaron - Our other pie maker. With Shauns guidance is hoping to be the best in the business.

Carl - The new Sales manager. According to the ladies at Louis's deli he looks like George Michael, but don't hold that against him.

Stuart - Responsible for the whole strange assortment.
