The idea of our recipe section is to both try and give some kind of insight into the care we take over what we produce, and to create a kind of seasonal resource; as the blogs and forums are written, we'll post whatever we can thats seasonal at that time of year.

The whole thing is ongoing and will develop over the coming months and years and as it does so we will be able to work out how to categorise them. We are also all (the staff here) trying to think of some favourites which we'll post.

As we have a few different nationalities here we thought it might be quite interesting. If anyone has recipes they'd like to see then send them in, and we'll try them (and post them with full credits - unless they're really good in which case we'll nick the glory!)
